Hippocrates said, 'let your food be your medicine, and your medicine be your food.'

Our aim as nutritional therapists is to establish a partnership with you and take a systems-oriented approach to your healthcare. We aspire to empower you with the knowledge, tools and skills to reach and maintain optimum health and relief from unwelcome ailments that can be triggered by a 21st century lifestyle, environment and diets.

Our science-based, personalised treatment plans are prepared by adapting your food and lifestyle choices with the purpose of making you feel healthy and look good every day. The use of dietary supplements, laboratory tests and diagnostic techniques to aid and support our protocols may be recommended.

We are currently operating out of two exclusive London based consulting rooms based in Marylebone and Fitzrovia with a view to expanding imminently to Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey.

All of our nutritional therapists are fully qualified and registered members of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC) and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). We regularly attend Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events with the purpose of keeping our knowledge current for best practice and base all of our advice on leading clinical studies findings.
